T'ai Chi / Qigong

T’ai Chi is a form of gentle exercise – perfect for building core strength and balance. Slow, gradual movements exercise all your muscles, and also help to maintain good mental health.

Classes are held in TCH on a Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm
