Sing and Sign is coming!

£5 trial on Friday 26th April at 10:15 am at Tideswell Community Hall!

BOOKING ESSENTIAL

This session is aimed at babies from around 6 months to around 18 months old. Parents, Grandparents and primary carers are all welcome. Sing and Sign is for ALL!

Due to the late addition of this venue, I am also knocking off £15 from my full-term course! Full 10-week course will be £50!

Iyengar Yoga Classes - Mondays 6.15-7.15pm

Noelle worked as an occupational therapist in mental health services for 30 years and brings her profession’s philosophy of working alongside people to unlock their potential. Noelle’s coaching accreditation, and training in mindfulness techniques are part of her yoga teaching toolkit.

Everyone is welcome to Noelle’s classes: just arrive with an open mind, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to have a go and see what happens!

Tideswell & District Environmental Group - Repair Café

A Repair Café is held monthly at TCH for residents of Tideswell and District.

The aim of the Café is to encourage more people to repair broken household items rather than replace them with new. This will help save the planet’s resources, reduce the number of items going to landfill sites, and help people save money.

The repair café is held on the third Saturday of each month (excluding August & December) from 10 am to 2 pm

Tideswell Cinema

Tideswell Cinema has recently moved to Tideswell Community Hall. Tideswell Cinema run an annual season of films from September to August, as well as live arts broadcasts from the Royal Shakespeare Company, National Theatre, Royal Opera House and other venues.

T'ai Chi / Qigong

T’ai Chi is a form of gentle exercise – perfect for building core strength and balance. Slow, gradual movements exercise all your muscles, and also help to maintain good mental health.

Classes are held in TCH on a Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm
